Akdeniz Hatay Sofrasi is a Turkish restaurant with roots in Hatay Province. BLACKBOX rebranded the restaurant for today’s market while preserving its historical character, and created a menu that doubles as a book telling the story of the region.
Our Scope of Work
Rebranding: Developed a new logo, colour system, and brand theme rooted in the restaurant’s heritage.
Menu & Historical Book Design: Designed a bilingual menu that also serves as a historical book about Hatay and the restaurant’s origins.
Food Styling: Prepared and styled each dish for photography.
Food Photography: Photographed the restaurant’s dishes for use across the menu.
Print Production: Prepared the final artwork and managed high-quality printing.
